Head down Patina Blvd to the bike/walking path on the South side of 30a. The Seabreeze Beach access is to the right and the Seacrest Drive Beach Access is to the left.
Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
NO smoking allowed, including on porches
NO Pets/Animals allowed due to Owner Medical Condition
NO Parties/Events
Check out time is 10 am
Check in time is 4 pm (unless early check in is preauthorized)
Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 6am
