Studio im Nebengebäude mit besonderem Charme – ideal für Paare oder kleine Familien. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich im 1. Obergeschoss (Dachgeschoss) ist über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar und bietet gemütliche Dachschrägen, Doppelbett, Essgruppe, TV und ein Schlafsofa (1,40 m). Die kleine Küchenzeile ist alltagstauglich ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über Dusche, WC und Fußbodenheizung. Gästekarte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Frühstück kann in ausgewählten Zeiträumen auf Anfrage gegen Aufpreis hinzugebucht werden. WLAN und Parkplätze am Haus sind kostenlos. Die Terrassen und Sitzplätze des Roserhofs können Sie gemeinsam nutzen. Die Altstadt von Gengenbach erreichen Sie in ca. 12 Gehminuten.
