Our place is inside the Meriton Suites Surfers Paradise, the latest in 5-star beachfront accommodation on the Gold Coast.
Being the newest skyscraper to the Gold Coast skyline, our apartment is located on the 48th floor where you get incredible views of the Ocean and the city.
Our place features a well-equipped kitchen and a sizeable balcony.

We have 1 private carpark space.
• No parties or events are allowed. If the place is left in a very uncleaned condition, $100 cleaning fee for each additional hour.
• No smoking allowed, including balcony!
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Respect the noise curfew.
• Turn off the AC when you go out.
• Respect check-in and check-out times.
• Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $200 for set.
• Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Do your dishes.
• Take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
