Ocean Surfers Paradise - Hosted by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts

Great location , apartment was huge with everything we needed . Very clean . Great views

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property apart from our key pick up area . It would be easier if there was a key pick up at the actual Property itself .

Apartment was exceptional especially the view

Wasn’t very clean when we took on the apartments. Agent then accused us of losing a key to one of the apartments we rented when only one of the apartments had a second key. They threatened to charge us for a non existent second key. Exchanged multiple messages with the booking agent regarding the second key for one of our apartments and suggested they check with their cleaners about it then never heard back from them again. Great apartments let down by a poor agent. We were also sent additional invoices for one apartment for the full value of the stay even though it had been paid in full through booking.com months earlier. We were told we wouldn’t be given details of where to pick up keys until it was paid which resulted in several phone calls while at a theme park to resolve. We will not use these people again and instead book Meriton direct or go back to Gold Coast Luxury Resorts who were a much more organised agent for properties in this building. I have stayed at this property 9 times, 7 on business and 2 family holidays. Always found it to be top notch. The only thing that let it down with this agent is cleanliness and organisation. Once again I have to say despite this the apartments are amazing and the views are incredible

Very clean, great location, very quiet, lovely furnished apartment, beds very comfortable , amenities excellent

Lacks power point in bathroom

Trice interior and bed lovely apartment

Too high and busy lobby prefer a quieter place
