Very high up - fantastic view
The set up of the managing agent and access was confusing. I should have read more carefully the process as managers not on site and have to get key elsewhere. Also unclear where to access carpark. There are 2 carparks to the property. Would have liked 2 keys as seems can’t get anywhere without a key. We had 1 set for 6 people

Amazing place to stay and convenient!
The rooms were quite warm even though the heating was turned off. We couldn’t open any window to let fresh air into the rooms.

The complex was beautiful and well maintained. The pools are warm and big.
The beds are terrible the worst beds we have ever had. The water pressure in the main bathroom was bad, and the control that switched the shower head kept falling off the wall. The sofa bed that is meant to be electric was stuck open, leaving the sofa uncomfortable to sit on. Almost all of the dishwear and glasses were chipped. The apartment comes with 1 fob to access the lifts and facilities. This is very inconvenient.
