The views, the location, no clutter in the rooms, plenty of storage space, even in the bathroom. 2 Air-conditioners which worked well. Washer & dryer

I had to clean the under bed drawers which were filthy. The lack of extra towels and linen for a 4-week-stay. There would have been a ridiculous charge to get more towels or buy your own linen was suggested. ( It's ok to say, you have a washer & dryer, but maybe you don't feel like waiting until everything is washed and dried to reuse!) Same with cloth hangers. There were only 4 and the cupboard with the sliding doors in the bedroom wasn't fully accessible. The kitchen cabinets are nicely built in, all the way to the ceiling, however, if you are 1.65m or less, you have no chance to reach more than the lowest shelf without standing on a chair. A pair of scissors would have been nice. No safe in the apartment. I had to return my keys to the lockbox --which is about a 15-min walk away for a normal walking person -- to have some repair work assessed. Nothing happened on that day, I hadn't been informed at all, and I was asked to leave my keys again another day. There should be an easier way, not to interfere with a holiday-maker's schedule by having to go to the lockbox back and forth. AI generated messages are missing the point of complaints/issues and left me frustrated more than once. Eventually I gave up to enjoy my holiday. Some place mats would be nice to put onto the stained wooden table. The TV remote control showed "low battery" which I had to replace and was supposed to claim the money back. Imagine what kind of upheaval that would have been, so I didn't bother.

Location was good. Across the road from the beach and close to eateries.

It was very inconvenient having to drop off the keys back to the lockbox, which was 850m away from the property. Not ideal when you have no place to leave your luggage if you have to check out at 10am and your flight is later that day. Meriton reception will not hold your bags if you're not staying in the hotel part. Walking to return your key with your suitcase was not fun.

The accessibility and amenities were amazing, close to everything and so accessible to the surrounding.

A bit of a walk to collect and drop keys specially when you have suitcases. Would have been easier and more convenient to collect and drop keys on site.

Modern apartment in great location with good views

The property advertised that it had a sauna and that was not true. There is one in the building but it was not able to be accessed with your key fob. Very disappointing and customer service stopped responding.
