About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Vaimoeani, a beautiful newly built property located in Tiahura, on the west coast of Moorea, in a highly sought-after area known for its peaceful atmosphere, exceptional natural surroundings, and close proximity to the lagoon.
🌺 The property
Designed for stays with family or friends, the property consists of a two-level main house and an independent studio-style bungalow, offering comfort, conviviality, and privacy.
🏡 Layout & comfort
In the main house, the ground floor features a pleasant living area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen, a bathroom, and a covered terrace, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying relaxing moments in a tropical setting.
Upstairs, you will find an air-conditioned master suite with a 180 cm bed, as well as an air-conditioned mezzanine with one double bed and one single bed.
The independent bungalow, designed as a studio, completes the property beautifully with a 180 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed, ideal for giving part of the group extra independence.
The villa also charms guests with its lovely mountain view, garden and a beautiful pool (non heated) , and serene atmosphere, perfect for slowing down and fully enjoying the Moorea lifestyle.
📍 A prime location
This holiday home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, with sea access via the channel at the end of the street. Daily conveniences are also close at hand, with a nearby convenience store, several restaurants in the area, and a livelier zone just a few minutes away.
Staying in Tiahura also means enjoying one of the island’s most appreciated areas, facing a magnificent protected lagoon, renowned for its beauty, biodiversity, and rich marine life.

Spent 6 days in Moorea with my family. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the accommodations. Beautiful home, lovely ADU, short walk to delightful grocery store.

I loved this place. It's was in a very good location with a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. There was a closer place to walk to to put in the paddle board that was on-site.The main house was clean, new, and well maintained as well as the second building ( in-law suite). The kitchen was well stocked (refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave,and dishwasher). I appreciated the salt, pepper, oil, tea, and coffee available for your use. I used the washer/dryer combo twice and it worked well. The wifi is high speed used for streaming. I had no problem using it. The property is secured with a high fence as is all the well maintained homes around it. We felt very safe. There is a small grocery store near the entrance of the village (residential neighborhood, 5 min walk). There are a few very good restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance.
I loved the outdoor area, but the pool was too cold for me to use. Which is the only bad thing I can say about the property. The comfortable beds would accommodate 6 in the main house and 2 in the guest house. The couches would accommodate 2 extra people. I would stay there again.

I thought the location was excellent. And I think that families would feel comfortable here because it is gated and feels very secure. The house was very well maintained. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.

No clothdryer in a tropical country where it rains a Lot ……
A luxury brandnew Villa without clothdryer …..
No mosquitoescreens …..in a tropical Country …..classic for French Polynesia ….crazy
Otherwise one of the most beautiful Villas I rented
Polynesian Staff is Great cause it’s local ! Please never hire any foreign cruiseship staff !
