Le salon, la suite parentale, le grand deck et l'espace piscine sont confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée.
Le manque de propreté et d'entretien général est un point négatif. Le jardin n'est pas entretenu (feuilles mortes, tas de feuilles, herbe pas tondue) et la ligne d'eau de la piscine est verte sur tout les bords.
