Your luxurious, 5-star-rated 4-room vacation home half 71RB1 “Haus Luisa” (non-smoking) has an area of approximately 140 square meters, spread over two floors. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and features a balcony on the upper floor and a south-facing terrace on the first floor, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Throughout the house, you’ll find photographs from the Jammin-Photostudio [&] Gallery in Berlin.
The first floor features the living area with a spacious seating area, a fireplace, as well as the modern kitchen and dining area. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and free internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fully automatic coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various other kitchen appliances. In addition, there is a naturally lit shower room with a sink, washing machine, and toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, which features 3 separate bedrooms. Here, you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in two cozy box-spring beds and one standard double bed. Each bedroom has one or two wardrobes. Two bedrooms feature an additional flat-screen TV (43 inches). One bedroom has direct access to the balcony. On this floor, you’ll find not only another bathroom with natural light, a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, but also a private infrared sauna (coin-operated).
For the little ones, a high chair and a travel crib (without a separate mattress) are also available.
You’ll find parking spaces for cars as well as storage for your bicycles right next to the house.
