House near the beach, balcony, access to the AHOI adventure pool in Sellin - Villa Playa

Welcome to Villa Playa. What makes this vacation home special is its urban decor in South American colors and its perfect location right behind the dune on South Beach.

The 140 m² house features three bedrooms, a sauna, two bathrooms with showers, and a spacious loft-style living area. You’ll also find a 65-inch smart TV, a Blu-ray/DVD home theater system, high-speed internet, and a cozy fireplace. The terrace features a hammock with an ocean view, a barbecue grill, comfortable patio furniture, and a large umbrella. The house comes with two private parking spaces and a fenced-in garden with its own beach chair.
The upper floor houses a classic studio loft—a single large room with various functional areas, beautiful high ceilings, and large windows. The light-colored flooring, elegant furniture, carefully selected decorative elements, and the combination of wood and color create a cozy South American style. Warm lighting and hammocks add to the villa’s cozy atmosphere.
Whether after a long day at the beach or an extended sightseeing tour of the island, this is the perfect place to wind down and relax in the evening. The atmosphere invites you to savor the moment and let your mind wander. You can do this while comfortably watching the 65-inch LCD TV. Or you can gaze out at the sea from the hammock on the large sun-drenched balcony, relax in the recliner, snuggle up in the lounge area, or read a good book. Or you can enjoy preparing a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes.
The dining table seats 6 people, and in the living area, you can choose to settle into a cozy couch or a comfortable armchair and put your feet up. A small desk for working is also integrated into the living area, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available for you.
Thanks to the open floor plan, you step directly into the large entryway upon entering the house. Surrounding this are the three bedrooms, a shower room, the sauna, and an utility room with a washing machine.
Sweet dreams are guaranteed in the large (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and comfortable beds. One of the double beds can be pulled apart to create two single beds if desired. Each bedroom features a 32-inch LCD TV. The two modern shower rooms are spacious and designed with a touch of whimsy. They feature walk-in showers and heated floors. A hair dryer is provided, and the owners have thoughtfully incorporated South American style into these spaces as well.

Thanks to the wood-burning stove, heated floors, and sauna, Villa Playa stays cozy even in the winter months. Not far from your vacation home, in the center of the Baltic Sea resort town, there are several shopping options (Rewe, Edeka, drugstore) where you can stock up for the duration of your stay. You’ll also find numerous restaurants and shops along the bustling boulevard all the way down to the promenade and the Göhren pier.
