die zentrale Lage war sehr angenehm !
der angegebene Stellplatz für mein PKW konnte nicht gewährleistet werden, da ich an einen freien Platz oberhalb der Tiefgarage ein Zettel am Auto hatte „das ist mein Parkplatz“ Und das war kein Behinderter oder Privater, es war einfach nur ein freier Platz 🤦‍♂️

Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, mitten im Ort und doch in ruhiger Lage. Parken direkt im Innenhof, die Parkplätze erfordern etwas Geschick beim Einfädeln. Für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, so dass man zur Not auch einen Regentag hier verbringen kann. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und zweckmäßig, das Nötigste, was man für einen Urlaub in Selbstversorgung braucht, ist da und gute Alternative für etwas mehr Flexibilität gegenüber einem Hotelzimmer. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Balkon bietet Abendsonne, ist zum Innenhof (Parkplatz) ausgerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig und gut geeignet den Tag bei einem Glas Wein unter Sternenhimmel zu beenden.
Die Angaben zu weiteren Gebühren entsprachen nicht dem, was auf der Endrechnung stand, das sollte mit dem Vermieter der Wohnung abgeglichen werden.

Die Betten waren groß und bequem.Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist toll, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt
Der Balkon ist zur Strasse ausgerichtet ,man hat dort morgens die Sonne.Es ist sehr laut. Die Ausstattung war teils kaputt, schmutzig und SEHR einfach gehalten
