Parking: Dedicated Private Off-Street Parking for one mid-sized vehicle. If you have a larger vehicle you will need to use street parking using the City of Seattle rules.

• At approximately 1,000 square feet, the townhome is on the cozier side. If you’re not comfortable with a smaller space, this may not be the right property for your stay.
