Both bathrooms boast marble tile spa showers with a seat and updated vanities, offering a soothing retreat after a long day. The full kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, high-quality cookware/bakeware, and specialty items like a stove top, electric tea kettles, griddle, toaster and toaster oven, Ninja food processor, and an oven with air fry capabilities—everything you need to create culinary masterpieces or simple meals with ease.
A large dining table for 8 is perfect for family meals or entertaining friends. The main area includes a full-length mirror and a desk—ideal for those working remotely or on a flex-cation.
A convenient laundry closet offers plenty of cabinet space and a full-size washer & dryer. Ceiling fans in the main area and bedrooms ensure year-round comfort.
For entertainment, enjoy a 65" TV in the main area, a 50" TV in the first bedroom, and a 32" TV in the second bedroom. Each TV comes with premium cable and streaming capabilities—perfect for movie nights or staying connected. The cable package includes 200+ channels, with 1 GB internet service.
Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the serene wooded view while soaking in the sunny Florida climate. Alternatively, head over to the beautiful Laterra pool located next door in the 955 building’s courtyard, where you can relax or take a refreshing dip.
For families, we offer baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) and beach chairs at no charge with a 24 business hours' notice. All items are subject to availability. $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
For your peace of mind, we’ve implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Please note that while this 2nd-floor unit has elevator access and a removable safety bar for the shower, it is not ADA compliant.
