This spacious ground-floor 1-bedroom condo features a private paver patio with direct access to the pool, perfect for lounging with your morning coffee or enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine.
Inside, you'll find a stylish and comfortable interior, a full kitchen equipped for dining in, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping space for up to four guests, making this condo an ideal getaway for couples, friends, or small families.
Entertainment is a breeze with a 55" TV in the main living area and a 42" TV in the bedroom, both featuring a premium cable package. Stay connected and stream your favorite shows with ease using your own logins.
Additional Perks:
Baby gear and beach chairs available upon request (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) with 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
Enhanced cleaning protocols ensure a safe, spotless stay.
Walk-in shower with seat and grab bars adds comfort, though the unit is not ADA compliant.
Getting here is easy—simply enter through the 955 Building atrium, pass through the gate to the pool, and follow the signs to your unit.
Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

I truly enjoyed my stay here with my family. The pool was very clean and it was maintained daily. I would highly recommend this place even with family. It was very clean and close to downtown. The area was safe and everyone encountered was friendly. The management company; their employees was very helpful and made sure me and my family have everything we needed.

We made a last minute booking to attend a funeral and once again Marilyn and her crew went above and beyond. The condo was on the 1st floor directly in front of the pool. We were a bit concerned about noise but we couldn't hear anything from outside our unit. We decided to stay an extra night and we were accommodated with no problem. This is our second time with Marilyn and it will not be our last.

Great stay, clean safe convenient. Pools were great! The fitness center which was a short walk down the street was like brand new, lots of equipment and a variety. Would definitely stay here again.
