The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, perfect for creating delicious meals when you prefer to dine in. The large dining table is ideal for enjoying meals with loved ones. When you're ready to unwind, the bathroom offers a luxurious garden tub and a separate walk-in shower, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day.
Stay cool and comfortable with ceiling fans in both the main area and bedroom. The condo also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making your stay even more convenient.
Entertainment is a breeze with a 60" Samsung Smart TV in the living room. The bedroom also features a 50" TV Smart TV. Disney+, Peacock, and Paramount are included. You can stream additional apps using your personal log-in details.
Step outside to your private balcony, where you can relax with a good book or enjoy the gorgeous Florida climate. For outdoor fun, head to the beautiful Laterra pool conveniently located next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. Whether you're swimming, lounging by the pool, or working on your tan, there's plenty of space to unwind.
If you're traveling with little ones, we offer a variety of baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) at no charge, with just 24 hours’ notice. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience.
For your peace of mind, we have implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Please note, while the condo has elevator access and a safety bar in the tub-shower, it is not ADA compliant.

Perfect spot for us and our 2 dogs. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and all cooking utensils. The stackable washer and dryer made our stay very convenient. Good stores and restaurants with in minutes of the accommodations. The management company was very helpful and friendly.
