Relax and unwind in this bright and spacious one-bedroom condo located on the top floor, offering everything you need for a perfect vacation, business stay, or temporary home. The full kitchen is equipped with essential appliances for preparing meals and a crock-pot for large roasts and entertaining. But, if you're in the mood to explore, you're surrounded by great area restaurants.
Step outside to your private balcony to enjoy the beautiful Florida climate and a view of the Spa pool. It's the perfect spot to relax, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a good book. For additional sleeping space, a sofa sleeper accommodates 3rd and 4th overnight guests.
The condo is equipped with a 48" TV in the living area with premium cable, plus a 32" TV with premium cable in the bedroom. Basic apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube are available via guest’s log-in credentials.
For those who love the water, enjoy a refreshing swim in the Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard just outside your building. The condo also features a washer and dryer for added convenience.
If you're traveling with little ones, baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, porta crib) and beach chairs are available upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
For your peace of mind, we have a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This third-floor condo is accessible via two elevators and features a safety bar in the tub-shower for added convenience and security.
Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

Several improvements at check-in and check-out that make the process easier-lock box, enmail instructions,etc. The owner of 955-203 needs to upgrade property and make it more user friendly. TV was upgraded at my request thanks to Marilyn Golded. The carpet had many stains. The outside lights were out-l replaced one on each side to allow outside sitting. The bathroom toilet flushing was intermittent? I repaired a shower curtain clip that had been repaired before. After dusting and vacuuming floor all was good. I enjoy Lattera and appreciate the personal and THEIR HELP during my stay. I hope to return next year. Permanent occupants and other guests are friendly. It’s a nice place to be.
