There was not enough coffee or creamer for two of us. There were fire ants in the house.

Home from home. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry facilities are outstanding. Very convenient for visiting Saint Augustine and its neighborhood. Ideal location for all the attractions. The yard is secure. Parking perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable without question.

The house interior and furnishings were very practical and comfortable. It was nicely appointed and totally functional. We appreciated that shelves, etc. were marked as to what went where so that it was easy to find dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. Very clean for our arrival! Smooth access to enter. Loved that the yard was fenced in entirely when the driveway gate was secured; perfect for our small dog. Our initial response in searching for this rental was "oh, cute little place!" and we were not disappointed.
The only negative was its location. Definitely a car-ride away from downtown. Somehow we interpreted "2 miles away from downtown" as walkable. Our misjudgement!!! We should have used Google Earth to get a better sense of where this property is located and will do this in the future with other rentals to avoid surprises.
