Exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Quick communication with the company. Excellent A/C. Less than 15 minutes to beaches, local shopping needs, and downtown St. Augustine. Quiet neighborhood. Huge, fenced in back yard. Good Wi-Fi and tv options. Driveway parking was nice. Plenty of household items for the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom needs.
It was amazing: the only thing I would note would be the freezer in the refrigerator doesn’t keep things frozen (we found out after our groceries were ruined) but they do have a chest freezer in the laundry room we used the rest of the trip. Maybe some updated comforters and bathroom rugs, they were clean but very well-loved and felt less like a vacation home and more that we were using someone’s home who went away for the week while we were there.

The house was such a delight and full of hospitality. It had a very charming and welcoming vibe. The entire home was super clean and the decor was perfect. The living room was perfect and had great options for entertainment. I personally loved the oracle cards and the music box.
The trash bins outside were full when we arrived l but overall everything was exceptional.

The location is perfect to get to downtown and the beaches. The location also has several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping stores nearby.
The stove was not working well - so it made cooking longer. I reported it, so hopefully it'll be working for our next visit!
