Brian was absolutely great. We loved the house. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown and outlets. I would 100% look to stay here on our next trip first. He even has beach items, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, etc you can use.

Just a weekend trip to meet up with family.. House was perfect. Plenty of room, everyone had their own space.. worked well for the weekend...

We enjoyed spending the winter at this property. The house is very comfortable and includes nice touches like portable fans and throw blankets. Plenty of items for a day at the beach, and there are bikes and kayaks available too! Brian is very easy to work with, and takes pride in this property!
