Welcome to your relaxing Florida getaway! Located in a peaceful neighborhood within World Golf Village, this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home is perfect for families, couples, or extended stays. With elegant laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet!), light neutral décor, and soaring ceilings, the space feels bright, open, and welcoming.
The fully equipped kitchen features ample cabinet and counter space, an eat-in breakfast nook, and a separate dining room—offering plenty of seating for family meals. A dedicated office or den with a queen-size sofa sleeper provides the perfect flex space for remote work or an extra guest, making it ideal for "flexcations" or quiet downtime with a good book.
Enjoy Florida’s beautiful climate on the large screened lanai with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area—great for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. The split floor plan offers privacy, with the spacious owner’s suite tucked at the rear and two additional bedrooms at the front.
Stay connected and entertained with a 70" and 38" Smart TV, both equipped with Roku (guests may log in with their own streaming accounts). The home also features a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, no stairs for easy accessibility, and a beautiful updated walk-in shower with a rain head for luxurious showering. Enjoy the ambiance from the electric fireplace on cool evenings.
Traveling with little ones or heading to the beach? Baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) and beach chairs are available at no charge with 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). $25 fee applies for weekend/holiday deliveries.
This home has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in the heart of World Golf Village. Please note that the garage is excluded.
The St. Andrews community is conveniently located less than a mile from the Westminster St. Augustine Retirement Center.

This was by far the absolute best experience we have ever had with a property and host. The house is nicely located in the world golf village area. It was clean and decorated nicely. Check in was a breeze. However, the absolute best part of the stay was our host Marilyn. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We couldn't have asked for better and have rebooked the property for two more stays. I highly recommend this home and even higher recommend Marilyn and her Staff.

This was a great place for us. Stayed for 2months and it felt like a home. Location next to the pool was ideal for our family situation! For needing a furnished place long term (but not a short-term rental place), this was the way to go. Communication was great and booking it, they were very helpful answering questions.
