About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 275 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Bégadan. It can accommodate up to 14 people (ideal for 10 adults and 4 children).
It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- An 80 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a relaxation area with armchairs and a stove and an open-plan kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: scullery, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A relaxation room with a sofa and dressing room
- An enclosed study
- A laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board
- Two separate WCs
First floor:
- Two suites, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a shower room with WC
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A dormitory with four single beds (90x200) and a shower room
- A shower room
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, two cots, two high chairs and a baby bath.
Outside:
- 32 m² heated private swimming pool, open from May to September
- An 85 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden, enclosed and not shared, with a giant chessboard and views over the vineyards.
The house is ideally located in Bégadan, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Numerous water activities on the coast
- Les Noisettines du Médoc 7 km away
- Port de By and Tour de By wine château 5 km away

- Soulac and Montalivet beaches around 25 minutes away by car
- Animalia Parc in Naujac-sur-Mer is around 20 minutes' drive away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and has a charging point for electric vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lesparre-Médoc station, 12 km away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, 70 km away
