Access to a public beach, with a bath house is 1/4 mile right up to street. If you decide to enjoy a good meal, numerous restaurants are within a short distance, as are fishing piers and the World's famous John's Drive In (historically know for its dolphin (fish not porpoise) sandwich and boat.
