everything was great, i feel bad for the owner, paying for cable that gives 7 or 8 channels, but you dont go to the beach to watch tv..the location of the home is perfect, house was clean as always, plenty of beach supplies for renters, which is pretty awesome, thank you for another great week, hope to be back next year

This property was good for our family. Upon arrival there was damage and dirty rags but the cleaning company sent a representative to check it out and they cleaned it and made note of damage (done prior to our arrival). An extra cupboard or shelf would be nice for storage of food items. The pool area was perfect and the kids loved the “shelf” to play. The bedrooms also fit our needs. Will keep this in our go-to for future OBX trips.

We picked a rainy week but had a great time. The pool and hot tub were great! The kitchen, however definitely needs a remodel...old stove and dishwasher. We cooked many times and the kitchen layout was not conducive for a large group.The house is in a great location...close to restaurants.
