It was just my husband, myself, our teenage daughter and our 2 dogs enjoying a peaceful fall break overlooking the ocean. Large home with plenty of space and a fenced backyard for the dogs. We stayed in at the house a lot just hanging out as a family playing ping pong, watching movies, sitting on the deck with the dogs, and enjoying some good food. Well stocked kitchen, they even had an air fryer. The view of the ocean from the front top deck was our favorite part of this trip.

Large 4 bedroom home steps from the beach with great unobstructed views of the ocean. Clean and well maintained for the most part. Kitchen well stocked with glassware, plates, bowls flatware, small appliances etc. spacious living room and game room (lower level). Fenced in yard for pets, kids.
Some items to consider, yard was not well maintained with many "Sand Burrs" ok for adults but bad for pets and kids, it was unusable for our dogs. The propane grill was unusable and completely covered in grease/soot. Overall a good place to stay but somewhat dated and tired which is fine if you are just there for the beach :)

Great house in excellent condition and location close to the beach. We had four couples and one grandchild. Perfect fit for us!
