The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed, 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 Full beds), a full bath, and a living area. The top floor includes a 4th bedroom (1 King Bed) and a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 2), a dining room table with seating for 8, and a living room. Smart TV's in all 4 BRs and both living rooms. Both levels have porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is a wrap around and is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor dining furniture is available as well as lounging chairs. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby including Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 4 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Ring Doorbell is installed under the house for security purposes.

Please bring bed sheets and bath linens, toiletries, and paper products. We supply bed top covers (quilts) and pillows. Linens and a variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested.
