BookSmart Properties presents: Hawk Haven! Located only half a block from the sandy shores, the beach is practically at your doorstep. This splendid vacation home is designed to cater to your every need, offering a contemporary kitchen, open living spaces, and comfortable sleeping quarters for the ultimate beach getaway. Between the bedrooms, trundle bed in the loft, and murphy bed, this home can sleep up to 10 people!

Guest Access:

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

James was wonderful! The house was clean. Plenty of space. This was a graduation getaway for my daughter with close friends and family. Location was better than expected. Walking to the beach and 5-10 minute drive to shops. The beach isn’t a touristy beach with shops along the coast. It is a residential neighborhood and along with it comes the quiet. The beach is very well taken care of. Everyone loved the home and layout. Kitchen is big enough to host. Basic essentials and welcome packages were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, toilet paper, dish soap, new dish sponge, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, coffee pods and more. Beds were clean. I always check bedsheets for signs of cleanliness and hair/ stain free. Passed my check! Towels were provided including makeup towels. The wraparound porch is great and is fairly new. It looks great. The home is definitely well taken care of and has definitely had some remodeling and improvements that has made it so nice. My daughter and guests loved the choice I made picking this home for our stay. My college graduate is so inspired by this home to add a family beach house to her future goals. We would definitely stay again. Thanks James.

Plenty of room for our family of nine. Straight shot to beach access (one block walk). Road adjacent to home was long and quiet for walking our dog or taking a morning run.
