Cocoonr offers this charming 130 m² house with swimming pool and jacuzzi in Afa to rent for up to 6 people.
This single-storey house comprises a 24 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided), two fully-equipped kitchens, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 3,162 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The house comprises
- A 24 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sofa.
- A dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- One bathroom (with shower and bath)
- Separate WC
A 21 m² outbuilding is also available, as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with sofa, dining area and kitchenette
- A shower room
- A separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200).
This area has no safety railings and is therefore not suitable for all travellers.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8x4m swimming pool (private and unheated), open all year round
- A 5-person Jacuzzi, available all year round
- An 80 m² south-facing terrace with pizza oven, barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 3,162 m² enclosed private garden
The house is ideally located in Afa, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 vehicles).
