Idyllically located, 5-bedroom beachfront villa with separate 2-bedroom annexe, panoramic sea-views, direct access to the sea and 2400 m2 of landscaped garden, only 30 minutes from Ajaccio.

The Property
This spacious haven, accommodating up to 12 adults and 6 children, provides an ideal “get-away-from-it-all” holiday retreat for families and friends. Uniquely positioned in a beautiful cove at the tip of the Tour d’Ancône peninsula, the villa stands in peaceful and secluded gardens, affords spectacular views over it’s postcard-perfect surroundings and has direct access to the sea.
Contemporary simplicity and a relaxed spirit are the hallmarks of this lovingly cared for and welcoming holiday home where spacious, easy-to-maintain living spaces combine with a cosy and charming ambience.
It is a villa made for open-air summer living with 300m2 of split-level decked terrace, comfortable sun loungers, wicker furniture and an al fresco dining area seating 14 persons comfortably and complete with traditional brick barbecue and baker’s oven.
A pathway from the patio gives direct access to the beach. Once there, a gravel ramp (wide enough to accommodate a Zodiac) leads bathers between the rocks and down to the water.
Accommodation consists of a single-story residence sleeping up to 10 and an independent annexe sleeping up to 5/6 (ideal for teenagers looking for a bit of independence). The uncluttered bedrooms have been very recently renovated and refurbished with brand new bedroom furniture and quality bedding. The bathrooms have also been totally renovated with quality fittings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.
The beautiful gardens have an automated sprinkling system and are maintained weekly to keep them in immaculate condition.
Rental includes housekeeping three times a week for two hours.

We had the best holiday ever. The house offers so many possibilities and is well equipped - we used the kayaks frequently. The surrounding is 😎 awesome. Every morning the baker comes to the house and delivers fresh baguette 🥖. Thanks Thierry for that unforgettable holiday- we would like to come back some times.

We were a group of 17 adults and children. We loved the house and the surroundings, everything was as written and pictured. Check in and check out went smooth, communication with the owner was easy and fast. The house is perfectly equipped for a lot of people. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Und die Terrasse - wie der ganze Aussenbereich - ist fantastisch und perfekt ausgerüstet. Verschiedene Sitzbereiche, grosse Sonnenschirme und Sonnensegel, Liegebetten, Grill- und Pizzaofen (der auch super funktioniert!), auf wunderbar angenehmem Holzrost, dazu noch 2 Kanus und viel Schnorchelequipment zur freien Benutzung.Die Küche ist grosszügig, hat viel Kühlraum, eine Kochinsel, so dass wir als grosse Gruppe zusammen kochen konnten. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei & funktional - aber wer verbringt darin schon viel Zeit?Wir waren 14 Erwachsene. Zimmer besser geeignet für 12 Erwachsene & 4-6 Kinder.Aber Platz hatte es genug.Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt zu Herrn Hamelin (Besitzer) und Herrn Calvi (vor Ort).
