About this villa rental
The villa consists of a main house of approximately 140 m², and an independent ground floor of 60 m².
There is, at the back of the villa, an outbuilding which is not available for rental.
The owner may stay there occasionally and discreetly.
The main house is composed of:
- 1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed
- 2 bedrooms with trundle beds (drawer beds with the possibility of making either 2 single beds or 1 double bed)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 large bathroom with shower + bathtub + separate WC inside the bathroom.
- 1 second separate WC.
- A living room dining room
- 1 terrace adjoining the living room with sea view of 25 m²
- 1 wooden terrace on the kitchen side of 50 m²
The ground floor of the villa is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed (pass-through room)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed – for 2 people (pass-through room)
- 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets
- 1 small kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed.
- 1 shaded terrace overlooking the garden
EQUIPMENT
The apartment has all the necessary equipment (see list of equipment)
Some details:
- Fully equipped main kitchen with wine cellar, mixer, blender, citrus press, yogurt maker, etc.
- Reversible air conditioning located in the living room of each accommodation
- Pedestal fans available for bedrooms
- Televisions in the living rooms (TV box upstairs and TNT downstairs)
/>THE EXTERIOR
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the villa. It is secured by a gate.
Small summer kitchenette area adjoining the swimming pool with sink and plancha.
The garden goes around the house with different atmospheres.
The different terraces each have an outdoor table and a BBQ.
A trampoline is available for children.
The lower part of the garden also serves as a parking lot for your cars.
ANIMALS
Wild turtles often roam the upper part of the garden, they are a protected species that lives there naturally and should not be disturbed.
Two friendly and affectionate cats live in this house year round. They live a lot outside and live their lives, will appreciate some caresses. You will not have to feed them.
For these reasons we do not accept pets from travelers.

Not included in the price:
- Cleaning, organized by our teams between each rental. It is 150€ and will be payable on the day of your arrival.
- Our other on-demand services (airport transport, organization of activities, bicycle or equipment rentals, etc.)
CAUTION
A deposit of €1000 will be requested on the day of arrival, and returned 48 hours after your departure, to cover any damage.
If the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness, €100 will be deducted from the deposit.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
Minimum basic food and cleaning supplies are available but not required.
The interior of the villa is non-smoking.
The swimming pool has a salt treatment. Its maintenance is done regularly by a professional.
For safety reasons, the pool gate must always remain closed.
Despite the gate and the signs, you will have to watch the children and never leave them unattended!!!
