About this villa rental

On the legendary Route des Sanguinaires, we offer this magnificent, fully air-conditioned villa;
Located a 150m walk from the white sand beach and its beach huts;
South-facing;
Large living room, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).
Terrace with private, secure pool for parents' comfort.
The pool is professionally maintained weekly.
The villa can accommodate 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, and 3 toilets.
A baby cot and high chair are available in the villa.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge;
The cleaning fee is not included in the price; it is payable on site at a fixed rate of €190.
Shops are a 5-minute drive away (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy).
There's no need to drive to go shopping in town; the bus stops just outside the house.
Restaurants: Along the seafront, you'll find numerous restaurants and beach huts. A 150-meter walk from the villa is the restaurant and beach hut "Côté Plage," where you'll be welcomed by Jean-Jacques and his team.
Activities: Water sports nearby, including tubing, jet skiing, parasailing, pedal boating, and paddleboarding.
Rock climbing trail behind the villa (bring your own equipment; beginners should refrain).
Bicycle rentals are available near the villa.
Beautiful family walks (Chemin des Crêtes, La Parata at the end of Rte des Sanguinaires, etc.).
Why not enjoy a stroll in the Vizzavona forest and a refreshing dip in the river? Departing from the port of Ajaccio, you'll find beautiful walks to visit the Scandola Nature Reserve, Bonifacio, the Piana Calanques, and more.
Don't forget your swimsuit.

We had a wonderful stay for our whole family. Grandparents, siblings and kids. Everyone got what they needed in this apartment.
Very clean, spacious, great outdoor area and pool, and right next to several beaches.
Specious rooms and bathrooms. Big closets and modern design in all rooms. Great restaurants are in walking distance at the beaches and there is also a bus going straight into Ajaccio. The location was perfect with everything near by.
Communication with the host, Sabrina, was excellent. She is very nice and helpful and gave us lots of advise and information about the apartment and the area in general.
We would love to stay here again.

Apartment is nice and clean. We booked because we had to have AC, one AC did not work and was not fixed. Tiles in the pool were broken, we got cuts in our feet. To persons had to see doctor to get glass out of feet. Owner knew about this, but did not tell us to be careful, or did not fix it. The view in the pictures used in their ad is only partly true. Most of the view is into the back of a large hotel and into a huge apartmentbuilding.
