About this house rental
A former renovated oil mill, this independent villa of more than 230 m² is located in the town of Appietto, just 10 minutes from Lava beach, 15 minutes from Ajaccio airport and 20 minutes from the city center.
It benefits from a preserved natural environment, between maquis and unobstructed panorama with a glimpse of the sea. Its privileged location makes it an ideal starting point to discover the West of Corsica: Sagone, Cargèse, the Calanques de Piana or the hilltop villages of the hinterland.
Accommodating up to 4 people in search of space, tranquility and comfort, the house is air-conditioned for optimal well-being during the summer season.
The private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is the heart of the exteriors. It is extended by a large pool-house area including an outdoor kitchen, a covered living room, a convivial dining area, as well as a shower and outdoor toilet. Several areas allow you to enjoy the setting depending on the time of day: at the water's edge, in the natural shade or facing the landscape open to the hills.
The whole has been designed to offer a real break of calm, in an authentic setting and a peaceful atmosphere.
Upstairs, three bedrooms have two bathrooms with toilets. On the first floor, a large bright living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. This house invites you to slow down and take full advantage of the mild Corsican summer.
Linen, sheets and towels are included, as are the classic charges. Possibility of adding access to electric vehicle charging via Green up socket at a rate of 50e. Access is via an unpaved road for the last few metres, passable with any vehicle.
The house is not suitable for children between 1 and 7 years old.
