Private: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 5 m long motor access to the house. 5 m footpath to the house. Public parking 5 m on the road. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 350 m, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop "C112 Menaggio-Como" 300 m, railway station "Lugano" 24 km, sandy beach "Porlezza" 7 km, grass beach "Osteno" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, public bathing area 7 km.
