Apartment for 2 guests, two large and bright rooms, garden of 1,400 sqm by the lake and beautiful view. Located at second floor (no elevator), offers a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom. Small balcony with view over the lake and garden.
A park of 1,400 square meters is available to our guests and is used in common with the host's family, their large dog, and other guests in the house. The park has multiple sunny and shady areas, big trees, fruits, flowers and offers a long lakeside with direct access to the water by a short stone stair. Barbecue and garden furniture for 2 people are also provided. The access to the garden is at ground floor, on the rear of the property. The use of the garden is regulated by specific rules and is allowed only to apartment's guests..
NO private parking by the house. A free public parking is available 300 meters away from the house. During off-season public parking is available in the village main square, 50 meters away from the house.
Osteno is the right place to enjoy a relaxing holiday onsite and to visit famous touristic destinations at the Lake district in Lombardy. Lake Como with its historical villas and trendy locations Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzina, Cernobbio, Como is only 20 minutes by car.
Swiss border and the city of Lugano are 20 minutes away as well.

The apartment is in a historic villa in a stunning location in direct vicinity of lake Lugano. The old garden is very atmospheric and guests of Alessandras apartment are provided with deck chairs. Everything is very generous and inviting.

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon direkt zum See. Großer Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit riesen Garten, wunderbarem Seeblick und einer top ausgestatteten Wohnung im 2.OG. Die Lage am Ende einer mini Sackgasse besticht durch die wunderbare Ruhe. Zudem gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten im Örtchen für einen Drink oder z.B. eine Pizza.
