In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 5.7 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Lugano" 23 km, pebble beach 300 m, shingle beach 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, surf school 6 km, riding stable 6 km, cycle lane 5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como.
