Apartment of 45 m2 located on the 1st floor without elevator:

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 x 200, closet
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed in 90 x 190 storage
- A bathroom with a shower
- Separate toilets

Equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, television,
The outside:
- A balcony with sea view, equipped with garden furniture
- A numbered parking space.
- A small common room.

Please note:
- Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of rental: €16/sheet set or €19/duvet cover; bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : €20, or possibility per unit.
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini WiFi box = €39/week or €6/day
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: €85
- Pets allowed (2 max.) with a supplement of 30 € / animal/ week including short stay.
- Early check-in / late check-out (upon express agreement from the agency and according to possibilities): 20 €/hour, with a maximum of 70 €
