House of 100 m2 located 1 km from the beach:
The ground floor:
- A living room overlooking the garden
- A kitchen open to the living room
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet .
The floor:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 with a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed in 160 with a closet
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds in 90
- A bathroom with bath tub
- Independent toilet.
NB: beds are equipped with duvets.
Equipment: fridge with freezer part, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, TV.
Outside:
- A garden of about 600 m2 not enclosed with a terrace equipped with a store, a garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue
- Parking in front of the house

Note:
- Electricity on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 03/01/26 cost per kwh according to the EDF basic tariff in force
