About this house rental
Discover this pleasant family home located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, just a few steps from the town centre and close to the beaches. Ideal for a family holiday, it offers a peaceful setting with garden views and all the comfort needed for a rejuvenating seaside stay.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace. The 20 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be the ideal place to share your meals outdoors and enjoy beautiful sunny days. (currently under construction)
Inside, you enter directly into a spacious, bright living room, thanks to its two large bay windows overlooking the garden. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, creating a welcoming space to gather after your days of exploration. On the other side, a table that can accommodate up to 6 people will allow you to share your meals as a family.
The independent kitchen, located just next door, offers a second dining area with a table for 6 people. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the crockery and utensils needed to cook as at home.
On the sleeping side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190) and its private bathroom with shower and hairdryer
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): two single beds (90x190)
On the upstairs landing, a desk area is set up, ideal for remote working.
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet is available upstairs and for added comfort you will also find a separate toilet on the ground floor.
An external parking space adjoining the house will be at your disposal.
For your comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a travel cot.
