About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Sarzeau, near the picturesque little harbour of Le Logeo. It is situated 300 metres from the Gulf of Morbihan, has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m² designed by English botanists (the former owners).
On the ground floor, you will find:
– A 50 m² living room with a sitting area and dining table
– A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a desk
– A shower room
– A separate toilet
On the first floor, you will find:
– Two bedrooms, each with a single bed (90×190)
– A bedroom with two single beds (90×190)
– A shower room
– A separate toilet
Outside:
– A terrace with a table and chairs
– An enclosed garden of 800 m² with garden furniture, including a barbecue, to enjoy the sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners can provide the following additional items on request: a high chair and a cot.

The house is situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting, 300 metres from Logeo harbour. In Sarzeau town centre or in Arzon, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a market and more…
Things to do:
– Beaches on the Gulf side: Logeo harbour beach (5-minute walk), Kerassel beach (6-minute walk)
– Beaches on the Atlantic side: Rhuys beach (6-minute drive): with car park in front of the beach
– Golf course 5 minutes’ drive away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. Two spaces are available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Nearest railway station: Vannes, 31 km away (accessible by bus)
– Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 125 km away
– A ferry service runs between Port-Navalo and Locmariaquer, taking 15 minutes from April to October
Other notes:
– Free Wi-Fi available
– Pets are allowed, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay (maximum of 2 pets). Pets are not permitted on the beds or sofas. Please specify this when booking.
– Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for directly with the owner). The rates quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by the owners.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
