- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 140 , a wardrobe
The floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140, a crib with bars, a wardrobe
-Bedroom 3: 1 bed a wardrobe
NB: beds with duvets
Outside:
- A walled garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, deckchairs and a barbecue.
- A parking space

Note:
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
