The detached holiday home, built in 2010 and renovated in 2024, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 560 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September, diameter 5 m, 1 m deep).
