Built in 1975 and renovated in 2016, the holiday home is a semi-detached house with modern furnishings. The property is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, garden swing, and a campfire site.

A heating facility does not exist. The entrance leads over 3 steps directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, DVD and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) (appropriate only for children under 11 years) and TV. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Hall Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Egy kis kutya max. 5 kg megengedett. Upon handover of the property, the landlord may need personal data. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
