The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2015, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the village centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 510 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
