200 sq m duplex loft opening onto a 40 sq m private terrace, in a quiet location, just steps from the town center. Garden with swimming pool (May to September), relaxation areas, yoga, dining, trampoline, ping-pong, swing. Spa available as an option upon request. Cathedral-ceiling living room with open-plan kitchen, mezzanine cinema area. 4 bedrooms, including a 30 sq m master suite. 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Beach 10 minutes by car, tram and train station 600m away. Town center within walking distance. Maximum occupancy: 5 people. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning is not included and must be done upon your departure (unless you choose the option).

A spacious and characterful property within easy walking distance of the centre of Montpellier.Frederic was a good host and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. He was also very accommodating and greeted us at the property as late as 10pm.The kids loved the pool for evening swims after exploring Montpellier and the surrounding area.This property comes highly recommended by me as a special place to stay.
