We rent our apartment from June 24th to September 8th.
Decreasing rate for a period equal to or greater than 15 days.
Close to the city center, 105m² in a secure, quiet, wooded residence, tennis court and swimming pool 1st floor without elevator.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: bath and shower, 2 toilets in bathrooms, living room dining room, kitchen, 2 large terraces: north and south, 1 parking space and a large garage for bicycles and car.
6 beds plus 2 possible including the sofa bed and/or single armchair bed in the living room.
Living room: large screen TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer (on the terrace).
Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.
Arrival and departure times negotiable, preferably arrival from 16:00, departure by 10:00.
Quiet residence, our residence is therefore not suitable for parties and nocturnal noise.

Shopping mall and local shops, banks, doctors, at the exit of the residence on the La Poste side
