Interior of 110m², where each room is imbued with a unique atmosphere, the result of our passion for art and decoration. Here, the carefully chosen furniture and personal works of art create a space where it is good to live and meet. Very fresh, it is ideal for convivial evenings, a good movie, or a moment of reading.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to concoct good dishes.

The house offers up to 6 comfortable beds (Air conditioning in all rooms):
Bedroom 1 (The Master Bedroom): Double bed 200x180cm, upstairs.
Bedroom 2 (Office): Sofa bed with a quality mattress topper to ensure comfortable nights. 150x190cm when unfolded
Bedroom 3 (Studio): Room which is also our favourite reading corner. Trundle beds with 2 single mattresses of 80x190cm and 2 box springs, which can be arranged into 2 single beds or 1 double bed 160x190cm. Private bathroom and private access to the garden.

The Outdoor Space: Designed in a relaxing spirit with an abundance of carefully chosen plants, it offers total privacy (no vis-à-vis). The private swimming pool (3x4m) is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sun.
Several areas are tastefully laid out for relaxation: a shaded terrace for alfresco dining, a lounge area for an aperitif, and sun loungers for sunbathing or reading to the song of the cicadas.PGJyPgPGJyPg--------PGJyPg

Access to the downtown: Only 10 minutes by bike, or a pleasant 30-minute walk to reach the Peyrou garden, the Écusson (historic centre) and all amenities (restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, Opera).
Transport: Bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Tram 18 minutes walk from the house. 20 minutes from the Saint Roch SNCF train station by car and 30 minutes from the Sud de France SNCF train station
Beaches: The beaches of Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon can be reached in 30 minutes by car
Environment: The house is located in a condominium closed by an electric gate, guaranteeing security and tranquility, absolutely 0 vis-à-vis and a very great calm.

We all absolutely loved our stay at Villa d'Artiste. The house was spacious, deliciously cool and extremely comfortable with great decor and all the modcons. The garden was a delight and offered the perfect blend of sun and shade with all the lush green plants. The pool and the hammock were simply heavenly and were both enjoyed daily! The big glittery rubber ring was nice touch too - and loved by my friend's seven year old daughter.Louise was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and as I told her when we left, we hope to be back again very soon! Thank you.
