Our home is nestled on a quiet hillside, just steps away from the main road yet far enough to escape any street noise. Perfectly positioned between Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones, you can easily walk to both beaches, as well as to Nosara’s largest and most affordable supermarkets. While being incredibly close to the ocean, the property sits high enough to offer stunning sunset views from almost every corner of the house.

You can reach us by car, motorcycle, ATV, or on foot — it all depends on whether you prefer adventure or convenience. From here, you can walk the trails to Guiones, Pelada, or Playa Nosara. During rainy season (typically afternoon showers), you may want to rent a car or take a tuk-tuk for grocery runs. There's ample parking in front of the property, with space for up to 5 cars — owners park here too, and guests are welcome to do the same.
