Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The ground floor's open-air layout, with a kitchen, bar, and BBQ, is made for cooking and dining poolside. Golden hour is best spent on-site or during a brief 8-minute walk to the beach.

The home is arranged for families or groups of up to 6 guests:
- 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen bed
- Bunk room with a full-size bottom bunk and a twin-size top bunk
- 3 bathrooms

Location:
- Playa Pelada is an easy 8-minute walk from the door
- Playa Guiones is about a 25-minute walk
- Lagarta Lodge is just up the road and is a favorite spot for sunset views over the Nosara river mouth

Guest access:
Guests have access to the full property. No outside guests. Absolutely no parties.

What to expect in Nosara:
This home sits in a rural tropical setting, not a manicured resort. Howler monkeys and exotic birds are neighbors, and insects are part of jungle life. Rural Costa Rica can have occasional power outages, usually brief and sometimes a few hours. Most roads are dirt or gravel: dusty in the dry season and muddy in the green season.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM with a keypad. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Maximum 6 guests. No pets.

BBQ: guests bring their own charcoal and clean the grill after use. There is a $10 charge if the BBQ is left uncleaned.

Amenities include a private pool, kitchen, WiFi, TV, washer, air conditioning, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, free parking, a fire extinguisher, and beach access. Exterior security cameras face the driveway and the back-yard fence line. A dryer, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm are not reported on this property.
