A great location and good setup with this and another rental property around the pool shared with the owners. Avana was a great host and gave us lots of wonderful recommendations for our short time in Nosara.
Everything about the property was well described but just to reiterate that if planning to use the double room on the mezzanine this is only suitable for those with good mobility and not young children due to the staircase arrangement.
