On a gentle hill shared by only five homes. Safe and silent, cradled above the world's noise, each house respects the other's solitude. From the king bed, you watch the sun spill its final orange and amber into the sea — a sunset painted just for you. At dawn, from the pool, the same sky blushes pink and gold, turning the water into liquid light. Here the view is endless, and every evening feels like a prayer to the sun. 🌄🧡
Easy access from the main road, yet no street noise reaches this hill. Outside, parking for cars; inside the gated entry, secure space for motorcycles and ATVs. Arrival is effortless, but once here, the world's hum fades into birdsong and breeze. 🌿✨
The house sits on a small ridge which provides excellent views, yet it is just a short walk to the beach. Every day many different species of animals visit the area like howler monkeys, pizotes, and iguanas... as well as beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies! At times, there are so many that they seem to paint the trees.
A 300m straight path from the main road leads to the property, with a short incline at the end. You can reach us by car, motorcycle, ATV, or on foot — it all depends on whether you prefer adventure or convenience. From here, you can walk the trails to Guiones, Pelada, or Playa Nosara. During rainy season (typically afternoon showers), you may want to rent a car or take a tuk-tuk for grocery runs. There's ample parking in front of the property, with space for up to 5 cars — owners park here too, and guests are welcome to do the same.
