Welcome to your private Southborough luxury retreat, a spacious whole-home getaway set on 1.5 peaceful acres. Designed for gathering, relaxing, and reconnecting, the home features a huge library, meditation plant room, full gym, garden oasis, games room, 100-inch projector media room, chef’s kitchen, cozy gathering spaces, executive workspace, 3 bathrooms, and flexible sleeping for families, groups, and retreats. Close to Boston with easy access to the Mass Pike, Route 9, and I-495.
The space
Spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, this retreat has something for everyone. Gather in the chef's kitchen and dine at a table for 10. Curl up by the fireplace in one of multiple living areas.
Screen movies on the 100-inch projector in the dedicated media room. Work out in the full gym with Peloton and Tonal, shoot pool or play pinball in the games room, or unwind in the library or meditation plant room. The primary suite features a private jacuzzi tub, and a dedicated executive workspace makes this ideal for off-site team retreats too.
Outside, over an acre of grounds includes walking trails, and a reservoir sits just across the street — perfect for morning walks or an afternoon escape into nature. Nearby, Southborough's town center, Hopkinton State Park, and great dining all within minutes.
